Let it be known that Chris and Terri must be highly praised and commended for their neverending efforts and hard work done over the last 6months for 2 new construction homes we bought and closed August month end.
Terri was very instrumental and always there duriong the initial contract and community and lot selection, she was even foot and foot with us during the color selection fro both homes, also she was there for the dry wall inspections. She also kept in constant contact with us as we live in NY.
Chris on the other hand was soley responsible for shopping around for the best available mortages for us. This may be seem a pretty straight foward job but I can assure you stuff kept changing to the the last minute and Chris was there for us fighting with the lenders, his effort was outstanding.
Due to the awesome team work effort of these two professionals, we now have 2 of the best new homes at the new Oakleaf Plantation situated on two of the best locations. I would close my eyes next time having Chris and Terri doing business for me and I would recommend them to anyone out there who are buying new construction and are understandably confused in decision making that is entailed.
