My name is Chris McChesney. I am a licensed Florida Mortgage broker working for North Florida Funding. In addition, I am a Florida Licensed Realtor® working as a full service real estate
agent for Access E*Realty. I hold a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of
Colorado at Denver. I am currently working towards a Ph.D in corporate business administration. I am certified as a
Master CIW Designer (Certified Internet Webmaster). I am a member
of the board at the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®.
I make it my mission as a mortgage broker to find my clients the loan that will fit their personal situation the best. I realize that everyone and every situation is different. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. That is why I do not take the usual statistical banking approach to home loans. Instead, I treat
